Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Math, Business, or related field AND 6+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development.
    • OR equivalent experience.


  • Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check:
    • This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.


  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Math, Business, or related field AND 12+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development.
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years implementing building, shipping, and maintaining commercial software products or services.
  • 5+ years implementing data and analytics solutions using Microsoft products and services.
  • At least 2 years professional experience communicating with C-level business decision makers and their requirements for modern data and BI solutions.
  • Background in management consulting, ability to communicate and relate to customers at the C-level.

Responsibilities
  • Engage with enterprise customer organizations to deeply understand their scenarios, priorities, and challenges
  • Apply customer development and product development best practices to assist product teams apply customer input at all stages in the product lifecycle
  • Work closely with Microsoft product teams to influence product direction and strategy
  • Collaborate with the broader Enterprise Voice team to expand the scope and impact of the Enterprise Voice program
  • Document lessons learned for training, content, and future product feature prioritization
  • Embody our and
