What you'll do:

As a (Senior) Developer in the Cross Architecture Engineering team you will:

• Design and develop Web applications to support managing SAP’s cloud solutions and services in our data center infrastructure.
• Align technical requirements, select technologies and drive architectural design decisions.
• Apply latest technologies for user interface and service development as well as infrastructure and cloud development tooling.
• Support the development team to ensure an efficient development process and high-quality work results.
• Work in a distributed setup with international colleagues from various SAP product and technology units, aligning on requirements and solving challenges together while keeping stakeholders informed of progress.

What you bring:

• Bachelor/Master’s degree in Computer Science or comparable education.
• 3-5+ years of professional experience in cloud software development.
• Proficiency in NodeJS and JavaScript are a must, TypeScript is preferred.
• Proven track record of backend implementations. Experience with CAP is preferred.
• Previous knowledge of Fiori Elements and/or UI5 is a plus.
• General understanding of SAP Business Technology Platform.
• Attention to detail and high-quality standards are expected.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. German is a plus.
• Very good communication and interpersonal skills, team player.
