The key responsibilities include support to project management in:
Gathering requirements, pain-points & issues from different stakeholders like developers, Customers and Product Support Engineers.
Issue and requirement analysis.
Organizing design thinking workshops to generate ideas and Solution Proposals
Creating and grooming Improvement backlogs.
Driving collaborations between all stakeholders to ensure execution of improvements.
Analysis and simplification of complex processes.
Organizing and driving rollout and adoption of improvements
Definition and rollout of strategic KPIs for the organization
Driving collaboration between Customer Support and Engineering teams to achieve excellence in providing customer support.
Managing dashboards and reporting on Strategic KPIs for Senior Leadership.
Contributing to executive steering meetings.
Additional Tasks:
Providing improvement ideas in Gen AI.
Skills required:
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer science or Engineering.
10+ years in the Software development Industry with at-least 4 years in leading projects .
Experience in supporting management and leadership teams in their project management and administrative tasks and are comfortable to work on all hierarchy levels of the organization
Experience in working with a development team as Developer or Scrum master or Quality Engineer.
Proficiency in Project management (a certification in PMP, Prince 2 or similar credentials would be preferred)
Proficiency in Root Cause Analysis skills prescribed by industry standard approaches like Six Sigma and ITIL.
Proficient in using reporting tools such as MS Excel, SAP SAC, Power BI.
Strong written and spoken communication skills along with networking competency.
Ability to work independently, proactively, and as a team player, being a “roll up your sleeves” contributor.
Additional skills:
Certification in Quality Assurance such as ISTQB, Six Sigma, ITIL
