Recruitment Operations Management:
- Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the talent acquisition function, ensuring processes are efficient and effective.
- Oversee the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment technologies to optimize the recruitment workflow.
Sourcing Strategy Support:
- Support the development and execution of creative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Work with the talent attraction team to identify and engage passive candidates through various channels.
Candidate Experience Coordination:
- Coordinate efforts to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to offer stage.
- Implement feedback mechanisms to continuously assess and improve the candidate experience.
Recruitment Analytics:
- Monitor recruitment metrics and provide reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to help inform talent attraction strategies.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for process improvement.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand hiring needs and provide operational support.
- Build relationships with external vendors, such as recruitment agencies and job boards, to support talent sourcing efforts.
Team Support and Development:
- Provide guidance and support to the recruitment team, helping to resolve operational issues and improve performance.
- Assist with the training and development of recruitment staff on operational best practices and recruitment technologies.
Employer Branding Assistance:
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives by ensuring job postings and recruitment communications align with the company's brand and values.
- Support recruitment marketing campaigns to enhance the organization's visibility in the talent market.
Diversity and Inclusion Efforts:
- Support diversity and inclusion initiatives within the recruitment process to foster an equitable and inclusive workplace.
- Assist in developing strategies to attract diverse candidates and reduce bias in the recruitment and selection process.
Qualifications and Skills:
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment operations, with a demonstrated understanding of recruitment best practices.
- Experience with recruitment technologies, including ATS, CRM, and sourcing tools.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
