TLS is currently seeking a SSR intern to support internal and client maintenance service activities in north of Taiwan
System Services Representatives are the primary technical interface to clients for the coordination of hardware and software support and delivery of operational services. Sound pretty important.
Your Role and Responsibilities:
As a front end representative, you will be a part of a service team, responsible for clients. In this role you are responsible for remote problem determination, telephone support, action plan creation and on-site break/fix services.
The tasks that the IT specialist intern will handle include but not limited to
– Input innovative idea for new offering
– Track WO progress (SSR call tracking)
– Assist machine list for contracting
– Assist service delivery for OT tracking
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
We are looking for students equipped with below expertise:
– Fluent in Chinese and English
– Familiar with Windows and office related OA application.
Good technical knowledge of hardware components.
– With good interest or knowledge in emerging technologies such as hybrid cloud.
– Ability to work in teams, problem solve and communicate effectively regarding technical projects.
Good client facing skill
