Minimum qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a legal field, LLB degree, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of post qualified experience as a solicitor.
- Experience in private practice or in-house team in the UK.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience, either in-house or private practice, working on regulatory copyright and related matters in multiple EMEA jurisdictions, at the EU level, and analyzing and advising on proposed and current content regulation.
- Experience, either in-house or private practice, with negotiation of other collective licensing or remuneration agreements for digital platforms.
- Experience, either in-house or private practice, with negotiation of multi-territory music licensing agreements for digital platforms with record labels, music publishers, and collecting societies.
- Excellent work ethic, organized with an analytical approach, and ability to manage projects simultaneously under deadline.
- Excellent business judgment, strategic thinking, communication, and presentation skills.
