Responsibilities:

Headcount & Expense Management:

  • Resource Management: Headcount Plan Management; Forecasting; Functional Transfers; WFM / Hiring; 3rd Party Resource Support; Resource Tagging; Location Strategy; T&E tracking/approval process; Franchise reviews

  • Expense Management: Expense oversight and costs savings, QMMFs vs Plan process / tracking and support of the annual budget process

  • Contracts: management of contracts within B&IR

  • Market data: strategy and execution for market data

  • B&IR structure: ensuring up to date organizational charts and regular reviews of organizational design

  • Identify key risks, whether stated or not, and manage to resolution or escalate accordingly

  • Foster and maintain relationships with business stakeholders, HR, and RCAO

  • Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and/or other team members.

Project Management:

  • Lead and manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring effective solutions and adjustments.

  • Day-to-day management of ad hoc projects including milestone setting, task / action management, co-ordination and execution of plans within required timelines and to stakeholder expectations

Process Optimization:

  • Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

  • BAU: Credit Officers and Senior Credit Officers: managing end to end process for Credit Officers Attestation and ensuring the appropriate pipeline


Qualifications:

  • 6-10 years of experience in a financial services role

  • Must be extremely organized, motivated with the ability to work independently, multi-task, and take ownership of various parts of a project or initiative

  • Must work well under pressure whilst, enthusiastic, hard-working and positive

  • Willingness to ask questions, challenge and improve processes and seek out answers

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to facilitate discussions

  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

  • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills, nice to have Tableau experience

  • Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.


Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience

  • Master’s degree preferred
