Your key responsibilities

Team Building and Leadership:

• Recruit, develop, and manage a high-performing business consulting team focused on ESG.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, ensuring their professional growth and development.

ESG Technology and Business Initiatives:

• Lead the development and implementation of ESG technology solutions to support business transformation efforts.
• Stay abreast of emerging ESG trends, technologies, and best practices, and incorporate them into EY's ESG strategy.
• Work closely with clients to understand their ESG needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their objectives.

Subject Matter Expertise:

• Serve as the ESG Subject Matter Expert (SME) within the Business Transformation Delivery team.
• Provide expert guidance and insights on ESG matters to internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop and deliver training programs and workshops to enhance ESG knowledge and capabilities across the organization.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in ESG, sustainability, or related fields,
• Strong understanding of ESG principles, frameworks, and regulations.
• Experience in developing and implementing ESG business and technology solutions.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent English language skills in written and spoken.
• One or more industry certifications: Prince 2, PMP, Agile PM, PMI-ACP, CSM/PSM, SAFe.
