Essential Responsibilities
- On site installations and Service work
- Conduct Applications and Service trainings on customer sites and at Uppsala site
- Provide remote support to local service teams and customers.
- Act as a link between service and other departments, share knowledge and drive improvements.
- Support the Operations team to define the scope of a specific service mission
- Support continuous improvement activities in all areas of product lifecycle.
- Work independently and possess a high level of expertise to service the RP and TRACERcenter products
- Use domain expertise, customer input and data analytics to set and drive the priorities that will ensure a focus on increasing the quality and the reliability of the Radiopharmacy and TRACERcenter product line
Required Qualifications
- Formal educations in engineering physics alt. electrical engineering
- experience in servicing cyclotrons
- Project management experience
- High degree of EHS awareness
- Team player, cooperative, interested in further development
- High degree of flexibility, highly motivated with ability to work under pressure
- Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
- Fluent in English
- Willing to travel 60-70 % and sometimes with short notice
- High degree of quality awareness; excellent fault finding, and diagnostic skills combined with ability to detect and remedy faults, defects, problems.
