- Creation, Execution and Measurement of Shopper Marketing Execution Plan.
- Developing a comprehensive understanding of the regional shopper group, including their needs, preferences, and shopping behaviors.
- Working collaboratively with Category Development Managers, Key Account Mgrs, Area Portfolio & Trade Marketing Mgrs to execute on growth opportunities.
- Developing a solid understanding of 3M brands, products and brand campaigns.
- Having deep understanding of the customer landscape and their go-to-market
strategies, marketing tactics, target audiences, tools and operations. - Managaging Channel Advertising and Merchandising budget and prioritizing
according to sources of growth.
Your Skills and Expertise
following minimum requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or an equivalent qualification
- Experience in Consumer Marketing/ B2C / FMCG
- Data driven mindset
- Good level of English and German Proficiency
Additional knowledge / nice-to-have skills / preferred qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Experience in Project Management
- Master's Degree in Marketing
