Here, you will make an impact by:

• Creation, Execution and Measurement of Shopper Marketing Execution Plan.
• Developing a comprehensive understanding of the regional shopper group, including their needs, preferences, and shopping behaviors.
• Working collaboratively with Category Development Managers, Key AccountMgrs, Area Portfolio & Trade Marketing Mgrs to execute on growth opportunities.
• Developing a solid understanding of 3M brands, products and brandcampaigns.
• Having deep understanding of the customer landscape and their go-to-market
  strategies, marketing tactics, target audiences, tools and operations.
• Managaging Channel Advertising and Merchandising budget and prioritizing
  according to sources of growth.

Your Skills and Expertise

following minimum requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or an equivalent qualification
• Experience in Consumer Marketing/ B2C / FMCG
• Data driven mindset
• Good level of English and German Proficiency

Additional knowledge / nice-to-have skills / preferred qualifications that could help you succeedeven further in this role include:
