Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support and resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner
- Communicate effectively with Dutch-speaking customers, ensuring clear and accurate information is provided
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and ensure a seamless customer experience
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of best practices
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update customer profiles as needed
Key Requirements:
- Fluency in Dutch and English (min. C1)
- Previous experience in a customer service or customer support role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Knowledge of CRM systems and customer support tools (nice to have)
