will be responsible tomanage the BMS (including EP) Open Orderbook across all Sales Organizations andchannels.
Key responsibilities:
- Product Family level ownership of the BMS Orderbook. Responsible for pro-actively identifying issues in fulfilling the Open Orderbook.
- Negotiate with key internal Supply Planners to ensure correct material stock levels and allocation can be done.
- Assess supply shortages and provide relevant solutions to overcome future supply constraints.
- Support other Customer Care roles if required/requested; Support continuous improvement projects to increase Customer satisfaction and productivity
- Lead regular meetings with suppliers on item flows (Past Due review, escalations, exceptional demand, order outlook, etc) and determine actions to correctively solve any issues. Partner with appropriate team members to execute the recommendations.
- Ownership of Gross Past Due in assignedDistribution Centre(s). Actively drive reduction solutions within and betweenfunctions
Key requirements:
- Fluent in English, any additional language would be beneficial, specifically fluent in German, French or Spanish would be preferred
- High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent
- Knowledge of Customer Service and Supply Chain principles and practices
- Demonstrated Analytical and (Distribution) Planning skills
- Think Ahead, Be Pro Active and Take Ownership, Problem Solving, Managing Pressure Effectively, Customer focused, Attention to detail and accuracy, Team minded, Self motivated
- Experience with ERP systems, Microsoft Officeknowledge, strong with Excel, Six Sigma Green Belt is advantageous
