As a Global Workplace Advisor, you’ll play a key role in identifying and engaging potential customers. You will be part of a collaborative and dynamic team, working closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to generate leads, drive conversations, and support the growth of Nimway globally.
You Will:
- Identifying and engaging new leads through digital outreach, inbound marketing campaigns, and industry events.
- Conducting discovery calls to understand customer needs and introduce Nimway’s solutions.
- Advising potential customers on how to optimize their workplace strategy using Nimway.
- Collaborating with marketing on lead generation efforts and content strategies.
- Providing market feedback to the product team to help shape future developments.
- Using CRM and sales tools(Salesforce/HubSpot/LinkedInSales Navigator, etc.) to manage outreach and track progress.
- Attending global industry events and conferences (travel required ~ some weeks per year).
- Identifying competitors, potential partners, and salesactivities/events/initiatives.
You Will Bring:
- 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a client-facing role (internships and part-time experience count!).
- A positive, proactive, and growth-focused mindset. You take initiative and seek solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills—you enjoy connecting with people.
- Interest in technology, digital solutions, and workplace innovation.
- Fluent in English and Swedish (additional languages are a plus).
