Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns for new public listings across events, content and paid media
- Work with companies listed on the NYSE to elevate and amplify their marketing initiatives (e.g., product launches, sponsorships, company milestones)
- Support the day-to-day marketing needs of NYSE’s Capital Markets, Listings and ETFs teams
- Create marketing collateral and presentations including pitch materials and case studies
Knowledge and Experience
- 3+ years of experience in integrated marketing and/or communications for a media company, agency or in-house marketing team
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively under tight deadlines
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
- Collaborative spirit with a willingness to learn and grow
Preferred Knowledge and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Canva; working knowledge of Monday.com and Salesforce
