Your Impact:
Large-scale adoption of zero-emissions technology is still in its early stages, and presents significant technical, organizational, and logistical challenges for our clients. Zero-emissions fleet adoption and infrastructure enhancements will require detailed planning, multi-disciplinary collaboration, significant financial resources, and motivated staff to support successful execution.
You will be one of the company’s key contacts with clients and you’ll assure overall work progress and technical performance on projects. You will contribute to and manage teams in the completion of work tasks, including the strategic planning, design, and implementation of projects for our clients with an initial focus on zero-emissions transportation. You will also support the development and pursuit of new opportunities in this growing market space.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, planning, or a related field
- P.Eng, or equivalent certification preferred
- At least 10 years of experience in planning or engineering for a transportation agency or firm
- External public and private sector relationships in the zero emission transportation industry preferred
- Experience working in a client facing role is preferred
- Familiarity with zero-emissions transportation technology and its impacts on traditional transportation operations is a plus
- Ability to see and make connections within a large organization
- Excellent communication, time management and writing skills
- Great mentorship and leadership skills
