Responsibilities include:
You will lead in the strategic design, execution, and program management of healthcare benefits in the U.S. including Open Enrollment.
You will contribute to the continued design and evolution of our benefits strategy to align with our evolving company and market landscape.
You will manage key external stakeholder relationships (consultants, insurers, point solution partners).
You will spearhead any change management required with keeping our programs compliant in an ever-changing healthcare landscape.
You will manage and review benchmarking, market data and employee experiences to align our programs with our strategy.
You will oversee the evaluation and lead in the execution of new benefit programs.
You will partner closely with key internal stakeholders including teams in finance, legal, ERGs and internal comms.
You will work closely with the Benefits Operations team to manage, maintain, and carry out the administration of Netflix benefits.
You will provide strategic input with respect to the complete benefit offerings at Netflix and provide coverage and support to these programs as needed.
You will partner with regional team members to ensure consistent employee experiences across the globe.
Preferred qualifications:
7-10 years in a Benefits role with at least 3 years leading healthcare strategies.
You have HR experience at entertainment and/or technology organizations (preferred but not required) or a similar industry that operates in a fast-paced and agile environment.
Experience using Workday is a plus.
