Develop an efficient growth process, including lead qualification and relationship building, aligned with business objectives and evaluated based on metrics and KPIs.
Develop and execute user acquisition strategies that align with business goals and objectives, including identifying new opportunities for growth and expansion.
Manage and optimize large-scale campaigns across multiple marketing channels to effectively engage new users, using data-driven insights to continuously improve performance.
Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the mobile gaming industry, including publishers and marketing partners, to explore new partnership opportunities and drive business development efforts.
Lead complex tasks and projects related to User Acquisition and Growth.
Conduct market research and analyze user behavior to identify new trends and opportunities in the mobile gaming market, and use this information to inform marketing and business development strategies.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience as a User Acquisition Manager/Media Buyer.
Sharp-minded and “out of the box” thinker and a passion for both marketing and analytics.
Ability to lead projects from A to Z with a positive "can-do" attitude.
Good analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data, draw conclusions, develop actionable recommendations and implement them
Proficient with Excel - a must
Initiative & leadership capabilities
Fluent English – a must
Gaming and/or online marketing enthusiast - an advantage
B.Sc in Industrial Engineering and Management, Computer Science or equivalent filed – big advantage
