As aat Playtika, you will be responsible for driving re-engagement campaign strategies across our portfolio of mobile games. Your mission will be to bring players back into our games, increasing their lifetime value and deepening their connection with our products. This role requires a blend of data-driven decision-making, creative thinking, and a deep understanding of player behavior.

• Strategy Development: Design and implement retargeting campaigns across various digital Marketing channels to drive player re-engagement.
• Campaign Management: Oversee the day-to-day management and optimization of retargeting campaigns, including segmentation, creative optimization, and budget management.
• Data Analysis: Analyze campaign performance and player data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization. Use these insights to refine strategies and improve ROI.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Monetization, Product, and Data teams to ensure alignment and leverage cross-functional expertise in campaign execution.
• Reporting: Create detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders, showcasing the effectiveness of retargeting efforts and providing actionable recommendations.
• Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in retargeting and mobile marketing, continuously testing new approaches to enhance performance.

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in a digital marketing or related role, preferably within the gaming or mobile app industry.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency/familiarity with marketing platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads, DSPs)
• Analytical Mindset: Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies.
• Creativity: Ability to think creatively and come up with innovative solutions to re-engage players.
• Team Player: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for Gaming: A deep interest in gaming and an understanding of player psychology and behavior is highly preferred.
