Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end roadmap for web and mobile product features, from ideation to execution.
- Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and lifecycle management framework to ensure sustained growth and success.
- Gather and analyze requirements, write clear and detailed MRDs and PRDs, create UX/UI flows, wireframes, and user stories, define A/B tests, and manage backlog prioritization.
- Track feature performance post-launch, analyze usage data and user behavior, and run experiments to optimize performance and business outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (R&D, Design, BI/BA, etc.) to ensure seamless execution and high-quality product delivery.
- Identify and drive key initiatives to enhance user experience and engagement.
- Oversee the ongoing maintenance and continuous improvement of product features.
- 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager in the gaming industry or a B2C environment .
- Goal-oriented, highly motivated, and capable of taking full ownership of projects.
- A proactive, adaptable team player who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly in both written and spoken English.
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders effectively.
