Own the end-to-end roadmap for web and mobile product features, from ideation to execution.
Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and lifecycle management framework to ensure sustained growth and success.
Gather and analyze requirements, write clear and detailed MRDs and PRDs, create UX/UI flows, wireframes, and user stories, define A/B tests, and manage backlog prioritization.
Track feature performance post-launch, analyze usage data and user behavior, and run experiments to optimize performance and business outcomes.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (R&D, Design, BI/BA, etc.) to ensure seamless execution and high-quality product delivery.
Identify and drive key initiatives to enhance user experience and engagement.
Oversee the ongoing maintenance and continuous improvement of product features.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience as a Product Manager in the gaming industry or a B2C environment .
Goal-oriented, highly motivated, and capable of taking full ownership of projects.
A proactive, adaptable team player who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
Strong organizational and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly in both written and spoken English.
