As a Senior Software Engineer on the Titan Platform team, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing solutions to support high-demand, large-scale scenarios and ensure resilient infrastructure for Titan's distributed platform. You will focus on delivering a robust resiliency plan for infrastructure layer services, maintaining high availability for a diverse range of microservices, and building scalable solutions that meet high SLA requirements. We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with a passion for delivering well-designed, scalable, and reliable software for large-scale projects. In this role, you will collaborate closely with multiple teams to deliver key customer solutions and the technology to support them. Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 4+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
  • OR equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of programming experience including the design and development of distributed software services.
• 1+ years experience working in distributed systems

Other Qualifications:

• Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
  • Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 8+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
  • OR Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 6+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
  • OR equivalent experience.
• Understanding of microservices architecture, high availability SLAs, and best practices in fault-tolerant and scalable design.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and drive high-impact projects.
• Hands-on experience with distributed databases and infrastructure management.
• Passion for mentoring and enabling team members to achieve their career goals.
