What you'll do:
- Collaborate with business users and process owners, in partnership with SI partner, to identify requirements, design enhancements, and functionality to meet payroll business needs.
- Facilitate problem-solving discussions with the business, internal teams, and project managers to resolve issues and maintain project continuity and requirements.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Develop high-quality, scalable, performance-effective, and customer-centric solutions in SAP payroll for the US and Canada.
- Perform hands-on configuration (customizing) work to support new and existing functionality.
- Serve as the resident team expert for SAP Payroll configuration issues in both support and new implementations.
- Design and review configuration and functional specifications, collaborating with ABAP HR developers to develop and test significant new functionality and enhancements.
- Create and execute unit test scenarios for quality assurance activities to ensure all requirements are met.
- Analyze current business processes and make recommendations for leveraging standard SAP product capabilities.
- Assist in the technical preparation of Test Scenarios, and End-user documentation.
What you'll bring:
- Functional knowledge of SAP Personnel Administration, Payroll (US/CA), Time Management, Garnishments, Benefits, and respective info types.
- General understanding of the accounting process, such as GL posting from Payroll.
- Familiarity with SAP Payroll Control Center (PCC) and ticketing tools like Service Now.
- Hands-on experience in the following areas: - Payroll Control Center (PCC) configuration - HRSP upgrades and year-end activities - BSI tax factory configuration and maintenance - Wage type setup - SCHEMA, PCRs & Taxes for US & CA - Garnishments configuration - Finance posting - Payment models - Taxability setup - Remuneration statement.
- Experience with mid-year/mid-quarter payroll go-live and exposure to the test automation tools like Worksoft Certify / Tricentis Tosca is a plus.
- Experience in working in a blended delivery model (onshore and offshore) for greenfield and brownfield implementations and operations support.
- Experience in both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies and tasks required during each phase of implementation.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: - Stock
