Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering specializing in Antenna, RF, Electromagnetics, or equivalent practical experience.
4 years of experience in designing Antenna system solutions for Consumer Electronics.
Experience in wireless communication systems (e.g., GSM/UMTS/CDMA/LTE/FR1, 802.11, Bluetooth, GPS).
Experience with Electromagnetic Simulation tools (e.g., CST, XFDTD, HFSS, etc.) or circuit simulation capability using Advance Design Systems (ADS), board design, board bring-up and desense mitigation.
Preferred qualifications:
Master's or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering specializing in Antenna, RF or Electromagnetics.
Experience with driving new technologies in the domain of RF, electromagnetics, and wireless communication.
Experience with antennas used in wireless consumer products, factory processes and manufacturing.
Experience using common RF test equipment (e.g., spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, protocol and signaling testers) or antenna chambers.
Experience with regulatory requirements (e.g., FCC, IC, CE) and their respective certification process, cellular industry standards and specifications (e.g. CTIA, PTCRB, WiFi alliance).
Experience with schematic creation and PCB design tools, scripting and Automation tools for data collection and analysis.
