Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering specializing in Antenna, RF or Electromagnetics, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience designing Antenna system solutions for Consumer Electronics, especially wearable devices or mobile phones.
Experience using different wireless communication systems such as GSM/UMTS/CDMA/LTE/FR1/FR2, 802.11, Bluetooth, GPS.
Experience with Electromagnetic Simulation tools (CST, HFSS, XFDTD, etc.) or circuit simulation capability using ADS.
Experience with factory processes, manufacturing, board design, board bring-up and desense mitigation.
Preferred qualifications:
Master degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, specializing in Antenna, RF or Electromagnetics.
Experience using common RF test equipment (e.g. spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, protocol, signaling testers) and antenna chambers.
Experiences of driving new technologies in the domain of RF, electromagnetics and wireless communication.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements (FCC, IC, CE, etc.) and their respective certification process, cellular industry standards and specs (e.g. CTIA, PTCRB, Wi-Fi alliance etc.) and schematic creation and PCB design tools.
Knowledge of antennas used in wireless consumer products.
