Employ advanced data analysis to extract actionable insights that inform strategic decisions related to local marketing, campaigns, partnerships, and activations.
Collaborate closely with the VP Global Markets and regional and country teams, providing data-driven insights to support strategic decisions.
Design and execute offline experiments, measuring their impact and deriving insights for future strategies.
Utilize causal modeling and create synthetic control groups to understand the attribution and incrementality of our actions.
Integrate with business technology tooling to execute experiments, surface insights, and embed recommendations into the system for optimized results.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Strategic Finance, Data and Analytical Engineering, and Data Science, to align strategies and leverage synergies.
Your Expertise:
6+ years of industry experience with a degree (Masters or PhD is a plus) in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science, Operations Research).
Prior experience in advanced analytics or business data science within a marketplace or business strategy setting.
Deep understanding of time-series analysis, causal modeling, and experience in designing, running, and measuring offline experiments.
Exceptional business acumen, strategic thinking skills, and the ability to make informed judgments.
Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with a variety of stakeholders and conveying complex concepts in an accessible manner.
Proven stakeholder management skills, with a strong ability to collaborate and influence across functions.
