Key Responsibilities:
Execute Sales Strategy: Lead the development and execution of the sales strategy targeting global advertisers hubbed out of APAC with a focus on China export business
Client and Agency Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Agencies and Resellers to secure ad partnerships and drive revenue growth.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Ad Product, Marketing, Content, and Partnership Development teams to ensure the successful delivery of advertising campaigns.
Revenue Target Achievement: Leverage Netflix's unique audience insights and premium content offerings to deliver revenue targets and exceed client expectations.
Market Monitoring and Innovation: Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and identify opportunities for innovation.
Minimum Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience in advertising (including sales) with a proven track record of delivering revenue growth.
Experience working with Chinese export advertisers and agencies are highly desirable
Experience in TV, CTV, digital advertising sales, and programmatic a plus.
Established network and extensive experience working with agencies/resellers for the chinese export market
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong written and spoken Mandarin language skills

Strong analytical (strategic and creative) capabilities and judgment.
Ability to work effectively and collaboratively cross‐functionally.
