Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute Sales Strategy: Lead the development and execution of the sales strategy targeting global advertisers hubbed out of APAC with a focus on China export business

  • Client and Agency Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Agencies and Resellers to secure ad partnerships and drive revenue growth.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Ad Product, Marketing, Content, and Partnership Development teams to ensure the successful delivery of advertising campaigns.

  • Revenue Target Achievement: Leverage Netflix's unique audience insights and premium content offerings to deliver revenue targets and exceed client expectations.

  • Market Monitoring and Innovation: Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and identify opportunities for innovation.

Minimum Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in advertising (including sales) with a proven track record of delivering revenue growth.

  • Experience working with Chinese export advertisers and agencies are highly desirable

  • Experience in TV, CTV, digital advertising sales, and programmatic a plus.

  • Established network and extensive experience working with agencies/resellers for the chinese export market

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Strong written and spoken Mandarin language skills
