In this position, you can deepen your expertise in HR and Project/Process Management, data architecture and governance as well as latest AI solutions. You will work with both SAP´s HCM on premise and cloud modules and gain a solid knowledge of cross-country/cross-HR processes. You will be part of an international team and stay in touch with the latest trends in IT technology, enjoying the wide range of benefits offered by SAP Services.


EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

HR Data Governance:

  • Support HR Data Council activities by active participation in HR Data council related topics as per ad hoc or regular responsibilities.
  • Manage all existing and required data governance documentation, process documentation, coordinate handbook reviews in cooperation with other stakeholders.
  • Contribute to existing and new data governance initiatives such as change request reviews, product release delivery and presentations.
  • Support roll-out of new and govern the growing portfolio of AI solutions within the HR Data management system landscape.

Project Management/HR Projects:

  • Support strategic HR Projects, lead/coordinate/execute by applying standard principles of data harmonization and HR process simplification. Coordinate Global Data Management project activities as per need.
  • Cross Company Data Management collaboration and by that the impact of this role towards the intelligent enterprise.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Working experience with HR systems and AI enthusiast.
  • Working experience with HR Data quality, quality focus, accuracy and attention to detail with passion for data.
  • Good knowledge of HR processes.
  • Project management experience with ownership mindset and result orientation.
  • Professional communication and presentation skills; both written and verbal (English).
  • Proactive and open minded, think innovative, work in team with passion to learn new things.
  • (MS Office skills – Outlook, PowerPoint; Excel and Word).
