Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Provides complex screening, fielding, prioritizing of inbound communications via telephone, mail, and e-mail to resolve issues in a timely manner
- Fully manages the calendar of assigned executive ensuring meetings / conference calls are set up
- Reconcile travel and expense reports
- Coordinates detailed travel arrangements, as well as meeting and event planning
- Participate and coordinate team meetings/events, and other activities that improve operations and morale
- Writing skills to draft communications intended for a wide audience
- Ability to compile compelling PowerPoint presentations that are clean and professional
- Demonstrates a proven ability to analyze data, research information and problem-solve
- Works autonomously to manage projects and maintain communication with interested parties.
- Exercises discretion and independent judgment in the performance of duties
- Possesses a thorough knowledge regarding the administrative role and provides support, mentoring and guidance to colleagues
- Cross-team communication (Sales, HR, IT, Marketing, Communications)
- Cross-region cooperation (mainly within CEE region)
- Coordination of local assistants/executive support within the region
Qualifications
- Fluent in English is a must
- Bachelor’s or Associate degree preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
- Relevant experience in project management
- Relevant experience in advanced problem solving and analytical skills
- Developed interpersonal / communication skills with a high degree of professionalism
- Enthusiastic and energetic with a commitment to quality
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organized, with good time/management skills
- Willing, interested and eager to learn about the business
- Overall knowledge about CEE region (geopolitical situation, culture, working style) is a plus
