Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years Administrative, Business Support, or customer service experience in an environment with an emphasis on scheduling meetings/events, travel management, and administration work for executive/upper level management.
  • 2+ years experience in budget management (i.e. tracking team expenditures against allocated budgets, accurately forecasting, and anticipating financial outcomes).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to build andmaintainstrategic alliances across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Balanced skill profile including diligence, problem solving, organization, and time management.
  • Experience coordinating complex events end-to-end, including planning,logistics, stakeholder engagement, and post-event follow-up.
  • Experience managing budgetsand reporting processes requiring a high degree of completeness and accuracy.
  • Experience managing sensitive and/or confidential information withdiscretion,professionalismand integrity.
  • Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Executives, Executive Business Administrators, and key business partners.

Business Support ATR-D - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $30.29 - $50.53 per hour. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $41.83 - $57.88 per hour.

Responsibilities
  • Based on a deep knowledge of business and executive needs, you will provide highly strategic calendar management.You’llalsomaintainstrategic alliances inside and outside the company by proactively driving communication between executives, central teams, and other business partners.
  • Showcaseleadership bydemonstratingexecutive presence, fosteringhigh standardsand team success.
  • Provide strategic oversight into event vision and manage overall events, including communication, and resource allocation.You’llalso own expense management, partnering with finance foraccuratetracking and reporting.
  • Help manage the team budgetby overseeingprocurement of goods and services while staying within the allotted budget.Reconcile planned and actual spending on a periodic basis.
  • Working withthe teamleader,will drive the annual Rhythm of Business (ROB) and manage team readiness and workload.
  • Track government policy and legislationusingpurpose-builtsoftwareand develop status reports.
  • Trackactivity requiring compliance reporting, including meetings with government officials and political contributions.
  • Embody our
