• In this role you will guide a Global team of 3-5 CSA’s responsible for executing on programs that scale our business and best practices
• You will be responsible for recruiting the top talent required to grow our CloudGuard product adoption, grow our business and protect our ARR
• You will be expected to develop strong cross-functional relationships with your peers in Sales, Product, Support, Services and R&D, as these relationships will be critical to achieving our mission
• You will serve as a thought leader on customer adoption, maturity, and opportunity for our customers as well as internally as a customer advocate

• 10+ years experience in a customer-facing roles involving cloud SaaS solutions. Security experience highly preferred. Pre-sales experience is a plus.
• Strong team management skills during and post-incident response and the ability to influence our client’s choices
• Highly motivated self-starter with competitive personality and strong attention to detail
• Team player who possesses a desire and ability to work in a fast paced, goal oriented high growth sales environment
• Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills
• Enthusiastic and creative leader with the ability to inspire others
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future

Education, Training and Certification:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline is desirable but not required.
• Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform, or Microsoft Azure Certifications or equivalent experience is required.
