What will I be doing on a day-to-day basis?

  • Adapt to the unique demands and challenges of the SEA Market. This could include managing client relationships amidst the backdrop of a highly competitive environment, last minute campaigns etc, being flexible in managing KPIs and creating solutions on the move rather than relying on a specific menu, being open minded to learning, relearning and frequent testing and working closely with sales team to scale through delivery of effective campaign performance where necessary.
  • Lead and develop the account management team in SEA, fostering a collaborative environment that mirrors Taboola’s values and industry excellence.
  • Achieve quarterly revenue targets with a focus on client retention and scaling existing business.
  • Oversee onboarding, training, performance management, and career development for the team.
  • Ensure the team understands Taboola’s policies, procedures, and industry best practices.
  • Track key account metrics and provide regular reports on revenue forecasts, pipeline development, and client retention.
  • Analyze data to identify growth opportunities and develop strategies accordingly.
  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships with key clients through quarterly business reviews and strategic meetings.
  • Act as an internal advocate for client feedback.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Technical Support teams to enhance client experiences and solutions.

What skills and qualifications do I need?Must haves:

  • 4+ years of professional client-facing experience in digital advertising.
  • 2+ years of experience leading a sales or account management team.
  • Outstanding relationship management and client service skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Possesses strong critical thinking and analytical skills with the ability to commercially interpret large datasets.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate within a high-performing team.
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Fluency in English (Thai a strong advantage)
