You're Responsibilities include:

• Perform customer account reconciliation.
• Send copies of missing invoices.
• Issue reminder letters to customers.
• Manage order releases in SAP.
• Handle other non-customer facing activities as required.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in: Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
• Fluent in both Spanish and English.
• Experience: 2-4 years of experience, ideally in the collection space.
• Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Desired knowledge: Proficiency in SAP and GETPAID is preferred. Strong command of Excel.
