Job Description
You will play a critical role in coordinating and facilitating the development team's efforts, ensuring clear communication and effective collaboration across all stakeholders involved in the project.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage Vault Quality projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring adherence to project timelines, scope, and budget
Define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders
Act as a Scrum Master and lead Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
Coach and mentor development teams on Agile practices and principles, encouraging self-organization and continuous improvement
Collaborate with product owners to prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring that requirements are well-defined and achievable
Facilitate the removal of any obstacles or impediments that may hinder the team's progress
Develop and maintain project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and mitigation strategies
Ensure effective communication and collaboration among project team members, stakeholders, and management
Coordinate and synchronize the efforts of various team members, including analysts, developers, testers, and other stakeholders
Provide regular project status updates and ensure stakeholders are informed of progress, changes, and risks
Requirements
5+ years of Project Manager / Scrum Master experience
Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies
Working experience in a GxP environment
Ability to work independently and effectively as a team across global hubs, and maintain a highly collaborative, transparent effort
Ability to work in a global, multi-cultural, English-speaking environment
