Job Description

You will play a critical role in coordinating and facilitating the development team's efforts, ensuring clear communication and effective collaboration across all stakeholders involved in the project.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Vault Quality projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring adherence to project timelines, scope, and budget

• Define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders

• Act as a Scrum Master and lead Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives

• Coach and mentor development teams on Agile practices and principles, encouraging self-organization and continuous improvement

• Collaborate with product owners to prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring that requirements are well-defined and achievable

• Facilitate the removal of any obstacles or impediments that may hinder the team's progress

• Develop and maintain project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and mitigation strategies

• Ensure effective communication and collaboration among project team members, stakeholders, and management

• Coordinate and synchronize the efforts of various team members, including analysts, developers, testers, and other stakeholders

• Provide regular project status updates and ensure stakeholders are informed of progress, changes, and risks

Requirements

• 5+ years of Project Manager / Scrum Master experience

• Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies

• Working experience in a GxP environment

• Ability to work independently and effectively as a team across global hubs, and maintain a highly collaborative, transparent effort

• Ability to work in a global, multi-cultural, English-speaking environment
