Your responsibilities:

- Classifying and processing incoming data subject requests
- Identifying applicable processes and procedures
- Communicating via email, Slack, Jira and in-person with relevant internal teams
- Communicating via email with all external parties
- Continuously optimizing the process
- Escalating problem cases to the Legal Team
- Contract management
- collecting articles for monthly internal newsletter
Your Qualifications:
- At least two years remaining in studies.
- Ability to follow complex processes with keen attention to detail
- Impeccable task management and organization; must be able to juggle many small deadlines simultaneously without error
- Insightful perception of problem cases - knowing when to escalate to manager
- Reliable even when working independently
- Good at problem-solving
- English fluency is a must, German is a plus
- law student preferred (not required)
- Ability to draft short emails with a professional tone and pleasant customer service attitude
- ability to work in an international environment
- Curiosity to learn more about our business in order to understand the context of the tasks, and to be more proactive in problem-solving a plus
