- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in Sales Strategy, GTM Strategy, Competitive Intelligence, Management Consulting, Program Management, Product Management, or similar.
- Experience in project management, relationship building, and stakeholder management with cross-functional teams internally and externally.
- Experience managing teams which build business plays for SaaS platforms, collaboration, or productivity solutions.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience developing and executing strategic initiatives, managing complex operations, and leading cross-functional projects with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to leverage data and insights to drive strategic decision-making and measure the impact of large initiatives.
- Ability to manage large-scale projects involving multiple teams, ensuring alignment, communication, and execution.
- Excellent people management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships, and collaborate across all levels of an organization.
- Excellent business judgment, thought leadership, and problem solving skills, with the ability to solve complex problems and drive innovation.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and present to the executive audience.
