What You’ll Do:

  • Identify and engage with potential customers to promote our products and services

  • Conduct sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals with customers

  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business

  • People Management skills and experience

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Agriculture, or a related field. An MBA or relevant certifications would be an advantage.

  • Proven experience in sales, key account management, and business development within the Livestock or related industry

  • Ability to manage and lead a successful team

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities

  • Self-motivated with a drive to achieve sales targets

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
