What You’ll Do:
Identify and engage with potential customers to promote our products and services
Conduct sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals with customers
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
People Management skills and experience
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Agriculture, or a related field. An MBA or relevant certifications would be an advantage.
Proven experience in sales, key account management, and business development within the Livestock or related industry
Ability to manage and lead a successful team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
Self-motivated with a drive to achieve sales targets
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
