Your responsibilities will include:
- Leadership – Develop and execute strategies to create high-performing functional teams. Establish team goals to support overall business objectives. Lead functional managers through mentoring, talent development/retention, and performance management.
- Product Development Execution – Utilize appropriate processes and development methodologies to enable highly efficient, quality non-medical device development. Oversee Cardiac Monitoring Center Tools development. Develop and drive quality and productivity improvement initiatives. Sustain existing product lines.
- Innovation – Monitor and anticipate industry and technology trends to ensure competitive and compliant systems that are well-positioned for future needs. Leverage technology, AI, processes, and organizational tools to enhance productivity and efficiency. Identify creative solutions to balance portfolio needs across franchise business requirements.
- Collaboration & Communication – Communicate effectively with senior leadership, peers, direct reports, your organization, and cross-functional partners, including the Cardiac Monitoring Center (CMC), Marketing & Product Management, Regulatory, Operations, IT, Patient Safety, and Quality.
- Strategic Influence – Develop and drive strategies that contribute to and align with strategic plans in the Cardiac Diagnostics business. Utilize a variety of inputs, including patient and clinician needs, post-market experiences, technology advancements, and market opportunities.

Required qualifications:
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience or minimum of 8 years relevant work experience with a master’s degree.
- Minimum of 5 years in a leadership position within R&D.
- Knowledge and experience in software engineering disciplines.
- Medical device product development or similar experience.
- Proven attributes and skills in the areas of leadership, people development, collaboration, communication and strategic influence as described above.
