In this role, you will:
- Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives tied to EDDC QA.
- Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of the EDDC framework.
- Work independently to make recommendations for process improvement and efficiencies within the Financial Crimes Quality Assurance model.
- Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and quality assurance focusing on enhanced due diligence.
- Collaborate and consult with team leaders, control partners, and management in developing and enhancing project plans, policies and procedures.
- Serve as a Quality Assurance liaison and subject matter expert to our business line, control, and compliance partners.
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years ofBusiness Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planningexperience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
Desired Qualifications:
- Background in Commercial Banking and Corporate and Investment Banking, WIM and CSBB lines of business.
- Background in Financial Crimes, BSA/AML, or Corporate Risk
- Experience with systems including but not limited to: Cornerstone, 1PIT, GSMOS, Universal Workstation, FileNet.
- Experience in Quality Assurance, internal testing or audit functions, or third-party reviews.
- Experience with EDDC (Enhanced Due Diligence Center) scope of work.
- Project management experience.
