In this role, you will:
Provide strategic consulting services and thought leadership utilizing comprehensive, in-depth knowledge, expertise, and emerging industry trends.
Partner with senior management across Wells Fargo to define the business strategy and create/execute corresponding business plans and initiatives.
Execute on strategic initiatives and programs.
Make decisions in complex situations that influence and lead the broader work team to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives.
Communicate clearly and concisely and distill complex data and concepts into succinct messaging and presentations.
Present recommendations for resolving complex situations and exercise independent judgment while developing expertise in the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Collaborate with functional colleagues, internal partners, and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years ofBusiness Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planningexperience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Experience in a consulting firm or internal strategy team, managing large initiatives in a complex environment.
Experience partnering with senior-level executives across a large, matrixed organization.
Ability to drive problem solving for complex questions (e.g., develop hypothesis, structure problem, drive analyses, and design solutions)
Ability to build a story for executive-level communications based on progress and findings.
Ability to lead a team across all organizational levels; partnering with business leaders to achieve key goals through flexibility, collaboration, influence, and adaptability.
Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint skills), with a strong focus on storytelling through PowerPoint.
Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand environment
