As the Partner Development Manager within Amazon Web Services (AWS), you will have the exciting opportunity to help shape and deliver on a strategy to build mind share and broad use of AWS' services and solutions with a key strategic partner region wide.Key job responsibilities- Have a broad-based understanding of cloud technologies
- Develop a group of committed partners including a plan to recruit, on-board, educate and measure them in the region
- Manage complex contract negotiations and serve as a liaison to the legal group

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related technical field
- 5+ years software development experience using Java, C#, C++ or other similar object oriented languages
- Knowledge of CS fundamentals including data structures, algorithms, and object oriented design
- Desire to work in a diverse and collaborative team environment


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Service Oriented Architecture, micro-services, and Java services
- Experience developing cloud software services and an understanding of design for scalability, performance and reliability
- Graduate degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
