Additional responsibilities include:

  • Strategic Vision: Define and drive a comprehensive connectivity product and technology strategy maximizing the market potential across BUs.

  • Platform Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams in program management and engineering to enhance and optimize system-level platform architectures.

  • Customer and Market Analytics: Collaborate closely with BU (Business Unit) heads and study market data to acquire key customer and market needs and translate feedback into actionable insights, technologies and product features.

  • Ecosystem Development: Foster both internal and external technology partnerships and ecosystem growth around CCW products.

  • Roadmap Creation: Shape the hardware and software roadmap for new technologies and work closely with engineering to turn ideas into products.

  • Decision-Making: Make impactful decisions that align with overall business direction that typically result in significant expenditure of time, resources, and funds

  • Technical Communication: Create complex technical presentations to be used in product discussion with both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Business astuteness: Develop understanding how different product features and technologies create value to the customer segments and turn them into new business models

  • Market Success: Develop product features with clear KPI and track them in the market.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Humanities, or related field.

• 4+ years of Product Management or related work experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years working in a large matrixed organization

  • Proven track record of delivering a strong ROI on large platform products

  • Experience working with ecosystem partners in the wireless space including ODM module makers

  • Proven track record in managing consumer electronic and/or PC OEMs for wireless technology products.

  • Exceptional communication skills with an ability to quickly establish credibility and positive influence across a diverse array of technical teams in multiple geographies.

  • Proven ability to work seamlessly with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to drive product and technology development, align on strategic goals, and ensure successful product launches and market adoption.

  • Experience in managing on the overall silicon manufacturing process, software ecosystem and platform

  • Team Leadership: The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, initiative oriented, recognized as a successful leader who has demonstrated the ability to organize, and motivate a cohesive team across multiple disciplines. He/she will also be known as being accessible and approachable, respecting intellectual integrity and valuing individuality.

Pay range:

$152,000.00 - $252,500.00
