Key responsibilities

As a member of our process and technology enablement team, you will:

  • Collaborate with client engagement teams to diagnose current RtR process, and design the future process with the ability to define the key initiatives to deliver the future state
  • Implement technologies like closing tools, consolidation tools, disclosure management tools, RPA, AI etc.
  • Train and mentor other consultants on engagements
  • Contribute to a team-oriented environment that values innovation and inclusiveness.
  • Build and maintain relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels.
  • Manage projects by monitoring progress, assessing risks and keeping key stakeholders informed about development and expected outcomes.
  • Actively participate in our practice development specifically in the areas of thought leadership, marketing activities and training programs.

  • Understanding of finance and accounting technology landscape and packages and key trends in this space
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
  • A strong work ethic and flexibility to travel between offices and client sites

Ideally, you will also have

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience within a Finance function, audit or business process consulting
  • Strong academic record, preferably a master in a finance/accounting, business or project related area
  • Process experience in one or two of the following transactional processing: Order to Cash; Procure to Pay; Record to Report
