As a member of our process and technology enablement team, you will:
Collaborate with client engagement teams to diagnose current RtR process, and design the future process with the ability to define the key initiatives to deliver the future state
Implement technologies like closing tools, consolidation tools, disclosure management tools, RPA, AI etc.
Train and mentor other consultants on engagements
Contribute to a team-oriented environment that values innovation and inclusiveness.
Build and maintain relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels.
Manage projects by monitoring progress, assessing risks and keeping key stakeholders informed about development and expected outcomes.
Actively participate in our practice development specifically in the areas of thought leadership, marketing activities and training programs.

Ideally, you will also have
A minimum of 3 years’ experience within a Finance function, audit or business process consulting
Strong academic record, preferably a master in a finance/accounting, business or project related area
Process experience in one or two of the following transactional processing: Order to Cash; Procure to Pay; Record to Report
