Preferred Qualification:
10 to 12 years in sales enablement, sales training, or related discipline.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
A proven history of driving sales performance and revenue growth.
Comprehensive skills in analyzing sales data and implementing actionable solutions.
Skilled at managing and collaborating with stakeholders within a matrixed organization.
Knowledge of various sales enablement strategies, sales team behaviors, and tactics that encourage team success.
