The primary responsibility of the Relationship Associate will be to support the CSG Bankers in servicing the banking & financing needs of local subsidiaries, deepening existing client relationships and acquiring & onboarding new clients across Romania.
Responsibilities:
Calls on clients to deepen relationships, proactively owning, responding to and anticipating any future needs, roadblocks or risks, leveraging internal resources to assist where necessary
Supports the acquisition and management of relationships with the objective of revenue growth and good credit quality in line with the CSG strategy
Works closely with senior RMs, product specialists and experts across the bank to structure customized solutions that meet clients’ unique needs
Perform various activities for Know Your Client (KYC) requirements, including timely origination, monitoring, renewals and completion across all product and marketing levels
Primary point of contact with customer for all support and documentation related requests
Ensuring that all activities are carried out to the highest ethical standard;
Resolves queries in a timely manner, leveraging internal resources
Requirements:
2-3 years experience in relationship management and/or client servicing role
Master’s Degree in Business or related field preferred
Demonstrate the ability to be client focused and results oriented
Demonstrated attention to detail; follow-up and organizational skills
Clear and concise written and verbal communication
Proven planning, negotiation and analytical skills
Fluency in English and native Romanian
