The primary responsibility of the Relationship Associate will be to support the CSG Bankers in servicing the banking & financing needs of local subsidiaries, deepening existing client relationships and acquiring & onboarding new clients across Romania.

Responsibilities:

  • Calls on clients to deepen relationships, proactively owning, responding to and anticipating any future needs, roadblocks or risks, leveraging internal resources to assist where necessary

  • Supports the acquisition and management of relationships with the objective of revenue growth and good credit quality in line with the CSG strategy

  • Works closely with senior RMs, product specialists and experts across the bank to structure customized solutions that meet clients’ unique needs

  • Perform various activities for Know Your Client (KYC) requirements, including timely origination, monitoring, renewals and completion across all product and marketing levels

  • Primary point of contact with customer for all support and documentation related requests

  • Ensuring that all activities are carried out to the highest ethical standard;

  • Resolves queries in a timely manner, leveraging internal resources

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years experience in relationship management and/or client servicing role

  • Master’s Degree in Business or related field preferred

  • Demonstrate the ability to be client focused and results oriented

  • Demonstrated attention to detail; follow-up and organizational skills

  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication

  • Proven planning, negotiation and analytical skills

  • Fluency in English and native Romanian
