What You’ll Do:
Lead Product Strategy:
- Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for webMethodsBusinessRules, ensuring alignment with market trends, customer feedback, and IBM’sbusinessgoals.
- Conduct customer discovery sessions and market research to identify pain points, opportunities for innovation, and new use cases forbusinessrules.
DriveDevelopmentand Delivery:
- Work with engineering and design teams to translate strategy into prioritized, well-defined product requirements.
- Participate in the productdevelopmentlifecycle, from concept and design through implementation, testing, and release.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, partners, and internal stakeholders, helping them understand the value of webMethodsBusinessRules and how it meets theirbusinessneeds.
- Develop and maintain performance benchmarks, monitor feature usage, and evaluate customer feedback to continuously improve product quality and outcomes.
Collaborate Across Teams:
- Interface with stakeholders across sales, customer success, and marketing to clarify product capabilities, gather insights, and ensure consistent messaging.
- Partner with global teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions that meet performance, response time, and scalability requirements.
Stay Ahead of the Curve:
- Maintain a current understanding of industry and technology trends in decision automation,businessrules management, and adjacent fields.
- Use market insights to identify opportunities for differentiation and competitive advantage.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical software product management or equivalent developer experience.
- Demonstrated expertise inbusinessrules management systems (BRMS) and decision automation.
- Familiarity with webMethods technologies, including Integration Server, Designer, and related platforms.
- Experience with SOAP/RESTful APIs, SQLdevelopment, and integrating web applications with ERP/Legacy platforms.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills to work effectively across diverse teams.
